Our facility provides an active, social, and energetic party for all ages to get involved! It’s NOT just a party – it’s an experience where nobody sits on the sideline.

At most venues, the kids celebrate and play while the adults stand around. At Buxmont Pickleball, it’s not like that. Here, it’s all about the FUN! We’re unique because parents and kids all get to participate in a high-energy birthday party.

Not only is Pickleball a popular and easy sport to learn – but it’s perfect for every age group. Enjoy the pace and energy of a Pickleball party – we promise, no one will be bored! You can add INTRO LESSONS to any event if desired. Please call for details.

PRICING AND PACKAGES FOR PARTIES:

LITTLE CHAMPS

(Recommended ages 4 to 6)
Time: 1.5 Hour Party [ Call for available time slots ]
Choice of 4 age-appropriate activities games such as: Mini Pickleball or Kick Ball, Ladder Ball, Foam Dodgeball, Obstacle course relay, Red light-Green Light. With four different stations, your party will be active, fun, and everyone will be involved.

Party Includes:

  • One Host
  • One pickleball court for activities
  • You may bring in food, cake and beverages. (Don’t forget the paper products).

$275 (up to 12 kids) $15/per additional child

Rising Stars

(Recommended ages 7 to 10)
Time: 2 Hour Party [ Call for available time slots ]
Choice of 5 age-appropriate activities: Pickleball, Badminton, Dodgeball, Corn Hole, Disc Golf or games 5 activities included.

Party Includes:

  • Two Hosts
  • Two courts for activities  (choice of 5)

Teen Time

(Great for ages 11 to 17)

Buxmont Pickleball Club Birthday Party Terms & Conditions

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
  • Final guest count must be confirmed 5 days prior to the event.
  • Full payment is due before the start of the party.
  • A 3% service charge will be added to all credit card transactions. No fee for cash payments.
  • You may bring your own food, cake, and drinks. Alcohol is permitted for adult events only.
  • Hosts are responsible for paper products, utensils, and decorations unless otherwise arranged.
  • Outside entertainment or vendors must be approved by Buxmont Pickleball Club in advance.
  • Party timing includes 15 minutes for setup within your reserved party time.
  • Additional time is subject to court availability and additional fees.
  • Safety goggles must be worn by all children and teens under 18 during court activities.
  • All parents or guardians are required to sign a BPC waiver for participating children under 18.
  • Giant game activities are not included unless specifically added to the party package.
  • Children must remain supervised by adults at all times outside designated activity areas.
  • Proper athletic or court shoes are required on all playing surfaces.
  • Buxmont Pickleball Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended items.
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk.
  • Any damages caused by guests may result in additional charges.
