Here are some frequently asked questions we get at Buxmont Pickleball Club. If you don’t see an answer to your question here, please reach out.

Do you have to be a member to play?

No. Guests are always welcome to Buxmont Pickleball Club with a playing member. (Guest fees will apply).


Do I need my own equipment?

Not necessarily. At “BPC”, we have a full range of pickleball equipment to rent or demo. Please inquire at the front desk for details.


I’m a beginner. How can I learn to play pickleball?

That’s the best part! As a member of BPC, we offer a variety of ways for you to learn to play this sport. Most people are quick to pick up the basics and are playing within 20 minutes. It’s a short amount of time to invest for a lifetime of fun and exercise! We also feature a “Try Before You Buy” program – contact us to learn how you can take pickleball for a “test drive.”


Is there a Pro Shop?

Yes, there is an excellent Pro Shop on our premises. We will also offer demos of new equipment. Stop in to see what’s new.


Do you have a locker room and showers?

We do not have showers; however, we provide spacious, clean changing areas in our ADA-compliant restrooms.


Do you sell food and drink?

Yes, BPC will offer an assortment of healthy beverages and snacks to purchase.


Can I hold a private party or corporate event at the Club?

Yes, we welcome Private Parties and Corporate Events at BPC. Options include a “bring your own food” policy. Speak to one of our representatives for more information about how we can help you host a fun, private pickleball event.


Can I reserve a court in advance?

Absolutely! BPC Members can reserve courts up to 7 days in advance. Non-member guests may also book a court (some restrictions and fees apply). Non-members are always welcome to play with a member and participate in clinics and socials.*


What are Buxmont Pickleball Club Hours?

There are many players who may not work traditional hours and seek the opportunity to play pickleball around their schedule. At BPC, we like to provide flexible options, and are aiming to provide our members with 24-hour access, as available.*


How do I reserve a court?

Simply download the Court Reserve app or log in through our website, and you’re on your way. It’s simple, fast, and just a few clicks away. As a member, you can also log in to your BPC portal.


How long are the court reservations?

Typically, between 1 to 2 hours.


What are the basic membership rules?

Memberships allow for unlimited open play and participation in socials at no additional fees.

Members can register for club activities, events, and make purchases through BPC Court Reserve account.

For safety, all players under 18 years of age must wear protective eyewear. All players must ware appropriate footwear, and we highly recommend pickleball-specific footwear.

Please Note: Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferrable. New member accounts are processed immediately. Payment in full is needed at time of registration to activate your account. Once registered your account will be charged monthly or yearly depending on the type of account you have. You must cancel before the 25th of the month.

You may use your court reserve account for credit card or ach on file. Our credit card provider “SafeSave” provides encrypted security for all credit cards processed. BPC is a cashless facility. All purchase made must be paid by member account or credit card sale.

Our payment process is simple. All charges during the previous month will automatically be charged to your payment method on file. Charges will occur the first week of the following month. You can also update your Payment Profile directly in your Court Reserve account on-line. All members are given a seven (5) day grace period to pay outstanding balances once invoiced before membership is suspended.

We do not accept personal checks or cash payments at BPC.
